Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
